Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• At least 2 years NGO finance/admin experience.
• Preferably knowledgeable in QuickBooks.
• Keen on details with numbers and deadlines.
• Good oral and written communications and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Handle CDP Bookkeeping and maintain financial records.
• Review all documents for approval in DocsWave.
• Review RFPs, liquidations, cash advances, and journal vouchers.
• Check and journal voucher preparation.
• Carry out financial documentary management for CDP.
• Scan financial documents (DV & JV) and keep secure records.
• Petty cash custodian and replenishment responsibilities.
• Liaise with banks and government agencies as needed.
• Monitor book and bank balances and validate Daily Time Records.
• Report to Finance Unit Officer within 24 hours of incidents.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to company rules.
