Job summary

Good Neighbors International Phils. Branch Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Finance/Administrative staff to support finance monitoring, banking entries, and audit-ready documentation in a NGO setting in the Philippines.

The role requires strong numerical skills, confidentiality, and teamwork with cross-functional staff. Responsibilities include daily banking, Docswave approvals, petty cash management, monthly QBO reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports for head office audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, management or related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in finance/admin, preferably with an international NGO.
• Knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy and deadline discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Finance monitoring and daily update of finance monitoring files and transactions.
• Daily upload of banking transactions via BDO Business Online Banking; print and upload checks vouchers.
• Docswave: daily approval of transactions.
• Petty Cash Fund: approve PCF requests and related expenses.
• Bank reconciliation and finalization of Quickbooks Online (QBO) on a monthly basis.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and extract files from QBO with proper tagging.
• Prepare hard copies for audit and send documents to Head Office for review.
• Review compliance monitoring and recommend actions for non-compliance.
