Technology Pryme Integrated Solutions, Inc. in Makati City is seeking a Field Engineer to respond to and manage IT support tickets, provide on-site and remote assistance, and troubleshoot POS systems and related equipment.

You will work with Level 4 Support and SaaS Operations, perform RCA documentation, and ensure quality support processes while coordinating field assignments and travel as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years in customer service/technical support or POS experience.
• At least 1 year hands-on POS installation, support, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware/software installation, configuration, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Windows, Office, and desktop applications.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and diagnostic tools.
• Experience with on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of IT equipment.
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide step-by-step guidance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in field environments.
• Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service/technical support or experience working with POS systems.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with POS installation, support, and troubleshooting.

• Strong knowledge of PC hardware and software installation, configuration, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and common desktop applications.

• Intermediate knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, computer hardware, internet systems, and diagnostic tools.

• Experience with on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of IT equipment.

• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide step-by-step technical instructions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in field environments.

• Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Must have a valid driver's license and own a motorcycle for field assignments and travel.
