Job summary

Radius Telecoms Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer to oversee provisioning, installation, activation, maintenance, and restoration activities across the assigned service area in Metro Manila.

You will ensure field operations are safe, on time, and compliant with SLAs while maintaining network performance and customer service. You will collaborate with FSM, NOC, contractors and internal teams to drive timely project execution, monitor progress, and conduct routine site inspections to identify risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience in telecommunications, field operations, network maintenance, installation, or service restoration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field activities related to network provisioning, installation, activation, maintenance, and service restoration.
• Coordinate with FSM, NOC, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor installation progress and ensure compliance with standards, safety regulations, and SLAs.
• Lead field troubleshooting, incident response, and restoration activities to minimize service disruptions.
• Conduct routine site inspections to assess network conditions, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor fiber repair activities, maintain service quality, and prepare field operation reports and documentation.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical field.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in telecommunications, field operations, network maintenance, installation, or service restoration.

• Strong knowledge of fiber optic networks, network troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and restoration processes.

• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Familiarity with NOC operations, OTDR testing, incident management, and workforce or ticketing systems is an advantage.

• Licensed Electronics Engineer (ECE) or relevant telecommunications certifications are a plus.
