Job summary

Polematrix Systems & Construction, Inc. is seeking a field-oriented Electrical Engineer to manage on-site implementation, electrical erection, testing, and commissioning activities across substation projects.

You will connect power plants, transmission lines, and distribution systems, interpreting technical drawings and specs. This role requires at least 2 years of field experience, knowledge of safety standards, and willingness to be deployed across North and South Luzon.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering required.
• Licensed PEE or REE preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of field implementation experience in Substation and Switchyard projects.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and structural blueprints.
• Knowledge of site safety protocols and equipment standards.
• Willing to be deployed to project sites across North Luzon and South Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site implementation, electrical erection, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Connect power plants, transmission lines, and distribution systems.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure strict safety and quality compliance.
• Monitor schedules and prepare daily accomplishment reports.
• Resolve site delays or technical issues.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to prevent site downtime.
• Work closely with project managers, clients, contractors, and field crews.
