Polematrix Systems & Construction, Inc is seeking an Electrical Engineer with expertise in solar PV systems for site installations in the Philippines. The role involves installation, inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning at client sites.

Strong reading of electrical plans and adherence to safety standards are essential. Candidates should have an Electrical Engineering degree, with at least 1 year in solar PV design/installation and a preference for TESDA NC II certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
1 year of experience in solar PV/farm or in solar PV system design and installation.
TESDA NC II in Electrical Installation and Maintenance is preferred.
Able to read, review, and interpret electrical, SLD, and solar plans.
Knowledgeable in DC/AC systems, inverters, PV modules, batteries, grounding, and protection systems.
Knowledge of Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and applicable electrical/safety standards.
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of solar design software is an advantage.

Responsabilités

Conduct site installation, inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
Monitor and ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, suppliers, and site teams.
Supervise and provide technical guidance to electricians and solar installers.
