Job summary

Prime Power Energie System Inc. is seeking an Engineering Supervisor in Pasig City to lead the engineering group and oversee substation projects, genset installations, and transformer work. This role emphasizes department leadership, policy development, and hands-on technical oversight.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, 5+ years in a supervisory capacity, and strong communication and project-management skills. Office and field work with occasional travel will be required.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineer degree required.
• Licensed Engineer is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years' experience.
• Experience in project management and supervision.
• Department management and policy making experience.
• Oversee and manage engineering group.
• Capable of managing department OPEX.
• Hands-on in substations, gensets, busducts and transformers.
• Willing to start ASAP.
• Based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Manage and mentor engineering staff.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders.
