The ideal candidate will conduct in-depth market research, develop product knowledge, manage dealer relationships, and support after-sales activities while traveling to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with agricultural equipment, tools, and field operations.
• Must be able to drive and hold a valid professional driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work across multiple site locations.
• Physically fit and capable of fieldwork responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions.
• Develop product knowledge and communicate features to dealers, agents, and customers.
• Build and maintain productive dealer relationships and conduct regular visits.
• Coordinate after-sales support, including spare parts and technical issue handling.
• Assist in handling inquiries from agents and customers with timely communications.
