Job summary

Adamco is seeking a Field Marketing Representative in the Philippines to promote seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and equipment. You will engage with farmers, dealers, and distributors, delivering product demonstrations and farming trainings while gathering market insights.

The role requires good communication, agricultural knowledge, and a willingness to travel within territories. Driving license and motorcycle riding ability are often needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of crop production and farming practices.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
• Driver's license and ability to ride a motorcycle are commonly required.
• Experience in agricultural sales or marketing is an advantage, although many employers also consider fresh graduates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct farm visits and build relationships with farmers and agricultural dealers.
• Organize product demonstrations, field days, and farmer training sessions.
• Promote agricultural products and explain their benefits and proper use.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, crop conditions, and customer needs.
• Support sales teams in achieving territory sales targets.
• Prepare reports on field activities, customer feedback, and product performance.
• Coordinate with agronomists, distributors, and local government agriculture offices when needed.
