Job summary

XAPT is seeking experienced ERP consultants with hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics products, to deliver consulting services in the Heavy Equipment Sales and Rental sector. You will assist clients during implementations, upgrades, and post-go-live support while working on international projects.

Ideal candidates have ERP implementation experience, strong English communication, and a willingness to travel 40-60%.

Experience with ERP implementations
Excellent command of English (speaking and writing)
Consulting/implementation experience preferred
Willingness to travel (40-60%)

Responsibilities

Provide on-site support during implementations and go-live
Lead customer through the entire implementation/upgrade of NAXT/Dynamics 365 solutions
Conduct independent consulting sessions and document requirements
Create FRDs and functional solution designs; assist with testing
Deliver trainings/workshops remotely or on-site as required
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines
Provide post-implementation support and handle international projects in heavy equipment industry
