Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year coordinating field credit or collection activities.
• Experience in field verification, skip tracing, and debt recovery methods.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess credit applications and evaluate risk.

• Organize and manage field activities to ensure timely visitation of accounts.
• Schedule and allocate accounts versus manpower to meet operations needs.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries related to field credit and collection activities.
• Collaborate with departments to meet goals and resolve issues.
• Generate and analyze field reports to ensure procedures are followed.
• Develop and implement credit investigation, fraud detection, and collection strategies.
• Achieve team KRA/KPI in credit investigation and collection activities.
• Serve as a liaison between field personnel, clients, and internal teams.
