Job summary

AND Financing Corporation is seeking a field collections specialist in Bulacan to perform collections on endorsed accounts, visit delinquent customers, and negotiate for immediate repayment. You will update management with new contact details, verify information from loan applications, and escalate issues for resolution, while adhering to standard collection practices.

• With 1-2 years’ experience in Field Collections or relevant experience in Secured/Unsecured Collections.
• Knowledge of collection processes, computer skills, mathematical skills, and skip-tracing skills.
• Owns a motorcycle.
• Willing to work on a 6-month project-based contract.

Responsibilities

• Perform collections actions on endorsed accounts according to the collection’s workflow abiding with the company standards.
• Visit delinquent customers who refuses to repay their loan obligation in the regular collection process and negotiate for immediate repayment

• Probe and establish contact with delinquent customers to deliver demand letters and/or notices.
• Update the management with all newly acquired customer information (Address, Employer, Mobile #, Etc.) in a timely and correct manner thru probing/skip-tracing for future communication.
• Verify customer information based in the provided data thru the loan application.
• Perform others tasks as may be assigned.
• Adherence to standard collection practices.
