SL Temps is seeking a Field Collector in Quezon City. This full-time role requires handling delinquent accounts in Metro Manila and nearby provinces, pursuing collection efforts, and collaborating closely with Tele-collectors. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, a driver's license for both 2 and 4 wheels, and 1-2 years of experience in collection management, particularly in the consumer loan or banking industries. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform skip tracing to locate negative clients.

Our company is looking for a Field Collector to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle delinquent accounts for Metro Manila areas and nearby provinces if necessary;
• Pursue primarily on extra judicial collection efforts through voluntary surrender of unit and compromise agreements;
• Work closely with Tele-collector to expedite collection efforts;
• Detect possible fraud and escalate accounts due for ECA collection or repossession;
• Simultaneously perform skip tracing unit which will further aid the collection management in locating negative clients/units.

Requirements:

• Must have driver’s license and knows how to drive both 2 wheels and 4 wheels vehicle (M/T and A/T);
• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree;
• Working experience in collection management of consumer loan industry is an advantage;
• Must have experience in field negotiations;
• Must be excellent in both oral and written communications;
• Must have at least 1-2 years of collection experience in a financing company/banking industry.
