Job summary

Qualifications

• At least high school, senior high, or college level education.
• Preferably experience in collections, field work, sales, or customer service.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Willing to travel and conduct field work.
• Familiar with local areas and routes.
• Having a valid driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits for collecting payments from clients.
• Provide official receipts and collection acknowledgments.
• Follow up on due and overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and customer transactions.
• Remit collected payments according to company procedures.
• Report collection updates and customer concerns.
• Ensure professional and courteous dealings with clients.

• Magbigay ng official receipts at collection acknowledgments

• Mag-follow up ng due and overdue accounts

• Mag-maintain ng accurate records ng collections at customer transactions

• Mag-remit ng collected payments according to company procedures

• Mag-report ng collection updates at customer concerns

• Ensure professional and courteous dealings with clients

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level

• Preferably may experience sa collections, field work, sales, o customer service

• With good communication and negotiation skills

• Honest, responsible, at mapagkakatiwalaan

• Willing mag-travel at mag-field work

• Familiar sa local areas and routes
