Job summary

REGAN INDUSTRIAL SALES INC in Cebu requires a dependable field collector to manage document handling, client sign-offs, and cash/cheque deposits. You will coordinate with clients, prepare receipts, and ensure accurate records for deliveries and invoices.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate of any 4-year Business course.
• With driver/ s license RC #1 & 2
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Securely counter/deliver the documents/S. I DR's to client
• Make sure that the client signs all the receiving documents
• Counter-checked documents that received from the client
• Deposits all dated cheques & cash
• Counter-checked the cheque collected (Payee names and Amount).
• Preparation and receiving of documents
• Segregations of Sales Invoice/Delivery per customer per counter
• Make daily itinerary for customers counter & collections
• Liquidated daily gasoline expenses
• Preparation of documents for countered & collection cheques to turn over by credit & collection in- charge
