Job summary

C&E Publishing in Quezon City is seeking a on-site Driver/Collector with 1 year of experience. You will receive and collect payments, issue receipts, and deposit collections while ensuring accuracy of reports and inventories.

Expected duties include driving duties, field collection, and assisting with shipment and warehouse tasks as needed. Local road knowledge and reliable transport are essential; college level preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in driving or field collection.
• Familiar with local road directions and alternate routes.
• Conversant with handling payments and receipts.

Responsibilities

• Receive and collect payments from customers of C&E Publishing and its affiliates.
• Issue Collection Receipts and Provisional Receipts to clients upon payment.
• Deposit cash and check collections to C&E depository banks.
• Prepare Daily Collection Report to summarize all collections received and remit together with the OR/PR, deposit slips and BIR 2307 tax certificates to Treasury Dept.
• Perform pull-out and sold-out of inventory thru Bill of Consignment and Sales Report (BCSR) under consignment and library accounts.
• Ensure pulled-out books are all accounted and in good condition.
