Job description

The Credit and Collection Staff – Collector is responsible for the collection and issuance of Account statements to all customers, ensuring that all payments are properly accounted for to be directly deposited to the company’s bank account.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitors all collection dates and performs all collection activities ensuring payments are collected on time.
• Deposits payments into the company bank account should the collector be outside Metro Manila to ensure safety.
• Checks to ensure all receipts are duly signed by all authorized personnel.
• Responsible for the distribution of SOAs, Reminder letters, and collection letters to customers as mandated.
• Conducts ocular inspection and field audit of a credit investigation.
• Delivers goods within the Metro as needed and aligned with the collector’s schedule.
• Performs efficient clerical and messenger tasks such as filing, check encashments/deposits, bill payments, document transmittal, mailing, etc.
• Effectively implements all existing guidelines, policies and procedures, and collection instructions.
• Maintains cleanliness of security of the office work area and assigned vehicle.
• Performs other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONISBILITIES:

• At least graduate of High School
• At least 2 years of experience as a collector
• Has a Driver’s License and can drive 4 wheels and motorcycle.
• Proven work experience as a collector
• Possesses basic Mathematical skills.
• Has keen attention to detail especially when checking check payments and issuance of receipts.
