Job summary

BillEase is seeking a dependable Field Collection Agent based in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. You will contact delinquent customers, assess their stories, propose workable repayment solutions, and document interactions with care to preserve customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has field collection experience, a valid driver's license and owns a motorcycle, and is proficient with MS Office and Google Suite. Residence in SJDM is required.

Qualifications

• Field collection experience is required.
• Valid/updated driving license is required and candidate should own a motorcycle.
• Computer literate: basic MS Office and Google Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Contact delinquent customers to discuss account status.
• Inform and assess the customer's story and suggest a beneficial solution.
• Follow up on repayment promises for past due payments.
• Identify and escalate uncooperative customers to Legal.
