Job summary

BillEase is seeking a dedicated field collections assistant in Rizal (Tanay) to contact delinquent customers and discuss account statuses. You will assess each case, propose viable repayment solutions, and follow up on promises to recover past due amounts.

Applicants must have field collection experience, a valid driving license, own a motorcycle, and be computer literate with MS Office and Google Suite. This role is based on-site in Tanay, Rizal.

Qualifications

• Field collection experience is required.
• Valid/updated driving license and own a motorcycle.
• Computer literate: basic MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Contact delinquent customers to discuss account status.
• Inform and assess the customer's story and suggest a beneficial solution.
• Follow up on repayment promises for past due payments.
• Identify and accelerate uncooperative customers to Legal.
