Job summary

BillEase in the Philippines is seeking a field collection professional to engage delinquent customers and assess their stories to propose workable repayment options.

This role requires a valid driving license and motorcycle ownership, basic computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite, and a willingness to escalate stubborn cases to the Legal team as needed.

The ideal candidate lives in Bulakan, Bulacan and is ready to work on-site to support our repayment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Field collection experience is required.
• Has a valid/updated Driving License and should own a motorcycle.
• Computer literate: know how to do basic MS Office, Google Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Contact delinquent customers to discuss account status.
• Inform and assess the customer's story and suggest a beneficial solution.
• Follow up on repayment promises for past due payments.
• Identify and escalation uncooperative customers to Legal.
