Job summary

Billease is seeking a field collection specialist to support our operations in Meycauayan City, Bulacan. You will contact delinquent customers, assess accounts, and pursue approved collection guidelines to recover past-due amounts.

Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle, be comfortable with smartphones and apps, and maintain a professional yet firm collection approach. Familiarity with the local area is a plus.

Qualifications

• Live in Meycauayan City, Bulacan.
• Valid and updated Driver's License and own motorcycle.
• Familiar with the assigned area.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, mobile apps and computer literate.
• Professional, responsible, and able to handle customers with a respectful but firm collection approach.

Responsibilities

• Contact and locate delinquent customers through available contact information to discuss account status.
• Discuss and negotiate appropriate payment arrangements based on approved collection guidelines.
• Follow up on repayments promises with customers of past due payments.
• Identify and escalate uncooperative or high-risk accounts when necessary.
• Ensure that collection activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with company policies and data privacy guidelines.
