Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is actively seeking field collectors to engage with clients through direct visits and negotiations. You will plan recovery actions, arrange payoff schedules, and resolve questions about outstanding balances.

You’ll work toward meeting recovery targets while representing the company in a professional manner. This role favors candidates with field experience such as collections, sales, TNVS, or delivery riding, but graduates with a proactive attitude are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Field visits using motorcycle, bicycle, e-bike, car, or similar transport.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Prior work experience is not required, but field collections/sales/ delivery rider experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform door-to-door visits for debt collection arrangements.
• Plan courses of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans with clients.
• Address questions or complaints regarding balances.
• Meet company targets for recoveries.
