Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a proactive Field Collections Agent based in Benguet to manage delinquent accounts through field visits, negotiate settlements, and maximize recoveries while upholding company policies.

You will conduct field visits, skip tracing, and educate customers on repayment options. The role requires travel and a track record in collections, with a focus on targets and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in field collections or related role in banking, financing, or lending.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customers with overdue accounts and negotiate repayment arrangements.
• Manage delinquent accounts, monitor payment commitments, and maximize collection recoveries.
• Perform skip tracing and locate customers when necessary.
• Educate customers on repayment options and resolve collection-related concerns professionally.
• Prepare collection reports and maintain accurate account documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely account resolution and portfolio management.
• Achieve assigned collection targets while adhering to company policies and ethical collection practices.
