Job summary

First Circle in Metro Manila is seeking a Field Collector or Skip Tracer to join our late-stage collections team. You will handle desk collection calls, coordinate with internal teams, and drive recovery and productivity goals.

The role requires 1–5 years of collection experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong negotiation and communication skills for stakeholder management. RTO in BGC Taguig is supported.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of relevant experience as a Collection Analyst.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged and welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Oversee M2+ delinquent accounts to minimize bad debt and optimize recovery.
• Outreach & Follow-Up: Conduct regular calls and follow-ups to maintain continuous client contact.
• Negotiation & Monitoring: Secure payment arrangements and Promises to Pay (PTPs), while actively monitoring compliance.
• Documentation & Coordination: Keep account records up to date and collaborate closely with internal teams.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet established collection, recovery, and productivity goals.
