Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
• At least 1 year of field collections or related experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
• Willing to travel extensively for field assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct field visits to customers with overdue accounts and negotiate repayment arrangements.
• Manage delinquent accounts and maximize collection recoveries.
• Perform skip tracing and locate customers when necessary.
• Educate customers on repayment options and resolve concerns professionally.
• Prepare collection reports and maintain accurate account documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and portfolio management.
