Job summary

Pingcon Marketing Corporation is seeking a Field Collector to perform field visits to clients for payment collection, document payments, and report daily activities. You will coordinate with Sales and Accounting, monitor outstanding accounts, and travel to Binondo and nearby areas using your own motorcycle for field visits.

The role requires a high school graduate or college level, good communication and customer service skills, and willingness to work Monday–Saturday.

Qualifications

Must have good communication and customer service skills.
Trustworthy, responsible and detail-oriented.
Willing to travel and conduct field work.
Own motorcycle and valid driver's license preferred.
Experience in field collection or related roles is an advantage.
Willing to work Monday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to clients for payment collection.
Collect and receive payments from assigned accounts.
Ensure proper documentation and acknowledgment of collected payments.
Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on due payments.
Submit daily collection and field activity reports.
Coordinate with Sales and Accounting teams regarding collections.
Safeguard collected payments and turn them over to the Company following procedures.
Perform other field-related tasks as assigned.
