Job summary

HelproGroupofCompanies is seeking a Field Collection Specialist to conduct field collection activities and follow up on outstanding accounts across designated areas in the Philippines. You will schedule field visits, communicate payment arrangements, and document all interactions.

The role requires willingness to travel by motorcycle, strong communication, and a results-oriented mindset. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• At least College Level, Vocational/Associate Graduate, or Bachelor's Degree Graduate.
• Experience as a Field Collector or Credit Verifier is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to conduct extensive field work.
• Must own a registered motorcycle.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, persistent, and results-oriented.
• Willing to be assigned to any of the designated areas.

Responsibilities

• Collect accounts receivable and other outstanding debts through field collection activities.
• Conduct field visits to clients and account holders.
• Coordinate with clients regarding payment arrangements and outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and client interactions.
• Provide updates and reports regarding assigned accounts.
• Perform other field collection-related duties as assigned
