Job summary

Q-Mark Pet Products in Manila is seeking a Field Collector to visit clients for payment collection and manage outstanding accounts. You will document payments accurately and coordinate with Sales and Accounting for timely settlements.

The role requires reliable communication, travel to Binondo and nearby areas, and a valid driver’s license with a motorcycle preferred. It is essential to be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work Monday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or college level/graduate.
• Experience in field collection, sales, delivery, or related field is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to travel and conduct field work.
• Familiarity with Binondo and nearby areas is an advantage.
• Preferably with own motorcycle for field visits.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willing to work Monday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to clients/customers for payment collection
• Collect and receive payments from assigned accounts
• Ensure proper documentation and acknowledgement of collected payments
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on due payments
• Submit daily collection and field activity reports
• Coordinate with Sales and Accounting teams regarding collections
• Safeguard collected payments and turn them over to the Company following established procedures
• Perform other field-related tasks as assigned
