Job summary

HelproGroupofCompanies is seeking a Field Collection Specialist to support our accounts receivable efforts in the Laguna region. The role requires regular field visits, proactive communication with clients, and diligent documentation of collection activities.

You will coordinate payment arrangements, follow up on outstanding balances, and provide timely updates to management. Fresh graduates are welcome, and ownership of a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• At least College Level, Vocational/Associate Graduate, or Bachelor's Degree Graduate.
• Experience as a Field Collector or Credit Verifier is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to conduct extensive field work.
• Must own a registered motorcycle.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, persistent, and results-oriented.
• Willing to be assigned to any of the designated areas.

Responsibilities

• Collect accounts receivable through field collection activities.
• Conduct field visits to clients and account holders.
• Coordinate with clients regarding payment arrangements and outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and client interactions.
• Provide updates and reports regarding assigned accounts.
• Perform other field collection-related duties as assigned.
