Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking Field Collections Agents to support debt recovery across multiple locations nationwide. The ideal candidate will have hands-on field collections experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to conduct field visits and engage customers professionally.

This role requires owning a motorcycle and willingness to travel within assigned areas to collect payments, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely updates.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of experience in field collections, debt collection, debt recovery, or a related role.

• Experience working in financial services, lending, credit, or related industries.
