Job summary

BillEase is seeking a dedicated Field Collection Associate based in LAS PINAS, Metro Manila. You will contact delinquent customers, assess their stories, and propose workable repayment solutions to recover past due amounts. The role requires residing in LAS PINAS and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities include following up on payment promises and escalating uncooperative cases to Legal when necessary. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite is required.

The Ideal Candidate

• You Live in LAS PINAS

• Field collection experience is required

• Has a valid/updated Driving License and should own a motorcycle

• Computer literate: know how to do basic MS Office, Google Suite applications
