Job summary

Batzam1 Sales Distribution Corporation is seeking a Booking Salesman to drive sales growth, merchandising, and customer relationships across the Bulacan territory. The role requires a proactive, field-based professional who can meet sales targets, expand opportunities, and ensure timely receivables while maintaining strong in-store visibility.

The incumbent will conduct daily sales routes using a motorcycle and is expected to achieve targets, monitor receivables, and deliver excellent customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG or distribution.
• Valid driver’s license (Restriction 1 or 2) and own motorcycle.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to be field-based and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective order booking and follow-through on delivery.
• Execute merchandising standards to ensure product visibility, proper placement, and freshness.
• Conduct business development activities to expand customer base and strengthen partnerships.
• Manage and monitor account receivables, ensuring timely collection from customers.
• Perform daily routing and sales coverage using a company-provided motorcycle.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Submit accurate and timely sales reports and market feedback.
