Job summary

Leoch Battery Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled technician to perform daily battery maintenance and health checks on deployed systems, conduct site inspections, and handle end-to-end warranty processing. You will also provide on-site technical support and collaborate with HQ teams in China on complex issues.

The role requires a diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, at least 2 years in the battery industry, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to travel regionally

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is required.
• Minimum 2 years of technical experience in the battery industry preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good teamwork and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform battery maintenance and health checks on deployed systems.
• Conduct site inspections and evaluate battery performance in the field.
• Handle warranty claim processing end-to-end with proper documentation.
• Perform battery analysis and reporting to required standards.
• Provide warehouse backup support and ensure batteries are stored properly.
• Support SAP-related activities and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with container unloading and inventory handling when required.
• Provide on-site, email, and phone technical support for battery-related queries.
