Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, medical device, cosmetics, healthcare, or related industries is preferred.
• Experience dealing with distributors, wholesalers, hospitals, institutions, or other B2B customers is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong client relationship management, presentation, negotiation, and proposal skills.
• Good understanding of the Philippine pharmaceutical/healthcare market and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and institutional customers.
• Accompany the Business Development Manager in meetings with existing clients and progressively take responsibility for supporting and strengthening these accounts.
• Independently identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities across SBPI's product portfolio.
• Build and manage an independent sales pipeline and ensure opportunities are tracked and updated.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, pitches, and proposals with prospective customers.
• Coordinate with Head Office on pricing, product positioning, and commercial terms.
