Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a field-based debt collection professional responsible for pursuing sums of money through civil actions in Small Claims Court. You will build relationships with courts and government agencies, prepare data files, and handle summons and evidence gathering to support collection cases.

The role involves direct fieldwork (motorcycle required), fresh graduates or 1–2 years’ experience are welcome, and strong communication with organizational skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Must own a motorcycle as fieldwork is required.
• Fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of experience are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and self-manage.
• Professional work ethics and efficiency.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationship with courts and other government agencies.
• Prepare data files for courts.
• Sending demand letter via personal service.
• Assist court’s personnel in the service of summons/decisions.
• Personal service of the alias summons.
• Gather evidence or attachments for filing collection cases.
• File for the company collection cases before the Small Claims Court.
• Participate in the trial (attend initial hearings and motion for executions).
• Manage execution process.
