Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a field-based Debt Collections Associate to support civil case filings, notably Small Claims Cases for Collection of Sum of Money, through first-level courts.

You will build relationships with courts, prepare court submissions, and assist with service of summons, alias summons, and collection executions. A motorcycle is required, and the role involves travel and field work.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates.
• Must have a personal motorcycle.
• Willingness to conduct field work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support debt collection activities by filing civil cases, especially Small Claims Cases for Collection of Sum of Money, through first-level courts.
• Build and maintain relationships with courts and relevant government agencies.
• Prepare and organise data files required for court submissions.
• Send demand letters through personal service.
• Assist court personnel with the service of summons and decisions.
• Conduct personal service of alias summons when required.
• Gather supporting evidence and documentation for collection case filings.
• File company collection cases before the Small Claims Court.
• Participate in court proceedings, including initial hearings and motions for execution.
• Manage the execution process to support successful debt recovery.
