Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is hiring for a field‑based Collections role focused on civil cases in the Small Claims Court. You will develop relationships with courts and government agencies, prepare court data files, and assist court personnel with summons and decisions.

This position involves personal service of alias summons, gathering evidence, and filing collection cases while supporting hearings and executions. Fresh grads or 1–2 years’ experience encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must own a motorcycle and be comfortable with fieldwork.
• Open to fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail‑oriented.
• Capable of multitasking under pressure.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility is to collect thedebt through filing a civil case particular for Collections of Sum ofMoney (Small Claims Case) in 1st level court.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop relationship with courts and other government agencies
• Prepare data files for courts
• Assist court's personnel in the service of summons/decisions
• Personal service of the alias summons
• Gather evidence or attachments for filing collection cases
• File for the company collection cases before the Small Claims Court
• Participate in the trial (attend initial hearings and motion forexecutions)
