Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a diligent debt collection coordinator to support civil filing activities, including Small Claims Cases for Collection of Sum of Money, in first-level courts. You will build relationships with courts and government agencies, prepare data, send demand letters, and assist with service of summons while maintaining high attention to detail.

This role requires willingness to conduct field work and a personal motorcycle, with a permanent day shift and opportunities

• Must have a personal motorcycle and willingness to conduct field work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support debt collection activities by filing Small Claims Cases for Collection of Sum of Money in first-level courts.
• Build and maintain relationships with courts and relevant government agencies.
• Prepare and organise data files required for court submissions.
• Send demand letters through personal service.
• Assist court personnel with service of summons and decisions.
• Conduct personal service of alias summons when required.
• Gather supporting evidence for collection case filings.
• File company collection cases before the Small Claims Court.
• Participate in court proceedings including initial hearings and motions for execution.
• Manage the execution process to support debt recovery.
