Home Credit Philippines is seeking a field-based debt collector to initiate and pursue civil small claims cases in first-level courts. The role requires building ties with courts and government bodies, preparing court data files, and serving documents in person.

You’ll conduct field work using your own motorcycle, maintain excellent communication and organizational skills, and support the execution process from filing to hearings. This is a dayshift, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationship with courts and other government agencies.
• Prepare data files for courts.
• Sending demand letter via personal service.
• Assist court’s personnel in the service of summons/decisions.
• Personal service of the alias summons.
• Gather evidence or attachments for filing collection cases.
• File for the company collection cases before the Small Claims Court.
• Participate in the trial (attend initial hearings and motion for executions).
• Manage execution process.
