Qualifications

• Business or engineering degree.
• At least 2 to 3 years of B2B field sales experience in industrial, commercial, or technical products.
• Proven at account development and comfortable with digital and AI productivity tools in daily sales work.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, open new accounts, and grow a pipeline from the ground up while managing and deepening existing ones.
• Own a defined sales territory in the Industrial Lubricants and Commercial Vehicle Lubricants sectors.
• Work with a technical engineering team and world-class brands to win accounts.
