Job summary

Shawarma Shack Fastfood Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Field Auditor to conduct audits across Batangas and nearby provinces. You will evaluate stores, stock, and compliance with QSC standards during field visits.

The role requires a motorcycle and driver's license, willingness to travel, and daily reporting. Training at the HQ in Quezon City includes free accommodation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accountancy or related field.
• At least 1 year of auditing experience.
• Willing to do field work in Batangas Province.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 9:00am–6:00pm.
• Training at Head Office in Quezon City with free accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field audits in Batangas & Quezon province.
• Audit stores per checklist and policies of the organization.
• Audit and check stock management of the stores.
• Prepare daily audit report of stores visited.
• Prepare Incident Reports if there's any.
• Audit and check store's QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Condition & Food Safety).
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor or management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Conducts field audit in Batangas & Quezon province.

• Audits store in accordance to the audit checklist and policies of the organization

• Audit and check stock management of the stores

• Prepare daily audit report of stores visited.

• Prepare IR(Incident Report)if there's any .

• Audit and check store's QSC(Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Condition & Food Safety).

• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior or management.
  

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accountancy or any related course

• At least 1 year of Auditing experience

• Willing to do field work inBATANGAS PROVINCE

• Willing to work everyMonday to Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm

• Willing to under go training in our Head Office in Quezon City (Free accommodation)

• CAN START ASAP!
