Job summary

Royal Star Appliance Marketing, Inc. is seeking a Field Auditor to perform store audits, inventory checks, and proxy cash counts at our Calamba City and surrounding stores in Laguna. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

You will prepare detailed audit reports, research audit findings, and support management with recommendations. Field work across multiple store locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy / Financial Management or equivalent.
• Proven auditing experience or knowledge, preferably field audit.
• Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to details.
• Willing to perform field work across multiple stores.
• Driver's license or ability to drive a 4-wheel vehicle is advantageous; near Calamba City, Laguna preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Stores Audit such as: Physical Inventory, Cash Count, House Keeping / Floor Control, and Store Personnel Turn-over
• Check status/appearance of defective units, option to returned (OTR), aging units at stores and main warehouse
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, observations and recommendation
• Conduct detailed research and analyze the result of audit findings
• Perform such other functions assigned by management

FIELD AUDITOR

Location:Royal Star Head Office - Km. 50 National Highway, Barangay Parian, Calamba City, Laguna

Duties & Responsibilities:

• 1.) Perform Stores Audit such as: Physical Inventory, Cash Count, House Keeping / Floor Control, and Store Personnel Turn-over
• 2.) Checking Status/appearance of Defective units, Option to Returned (OTR), aging units at the stores and main warehouse.
• 3.) Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, observations and recommendation
• 4.) Conduct detailed research and analyze the result of audit findings
• 5.) Perform such other functions that may be assigned by the management from time to time

Qualifications :

• - Graduate of BS Accountancy / Financial Management or equivalent
• - Proven experience or knowledge in auditing, preferably in a field audit capacity
• - Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to details
• - Knowledgeable to drive 4-wheels vehicle is an advantage
• - Preferably living within the vicinity of Calamba City Laguna or nearby cities
• - Willing to perform field work in different stores of Royal Star Appliance Marketing, Inc.
