Job summary

Elite Headhunting seeks an Audit Support professional for on-site work in Quezon City. You will conduct inventory, sales, collections, payroll, and financial transaction audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Internal Auditing and 1–3 years of related experience; strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel are essential for accurate financial review and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Auditing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 to 3 years experience in auditing, accounting, or finance is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of auditing principles, accounting processes, and internal controls.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Willing to conduct field audits and inventory counts when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inventory audits by verifying actual stock counts against stock cards and system records.
  • Review and audit sales transactions, including validation of invoice series, cancelled transactions, and undelivered delivery receipts.
  • Audit collections, deposits, and payment transactions by tracing collections, validating online payments, and reviewing returned checks and cancelled series.
  • Verify rebates, incentives, and commission-related transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and approved terms.
  • Audit payroll processing, per diem claims, check vouchers, and other employee-related financial transactions.
  • Review remittances and other financial activities for accuracy and completeness.
  • Gather, analyze, and validate financial data and supporting documents.
  • Assist in preparing audit findings, reports, and recommendations for management review.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
