Job summary

Fluke Corporation is seeking an experienced Field Application Engineer to support the local sales team with technical expertise for Fluke Industrial Products. You will enable growth in the region by serving as the technical go-to expert, providing pre- and post-sales support to distributors, end customers and the local sales teams.

Fluent in Spanish and English, with knowledge of additional languages valued.

Strong technical knowledge of Fluke Industrial Products and applications.
Ability to present and demonstrate measurement solutions to end users.
Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages valued.

Responsibilities

Support sales team and customers with application and technical information.
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to field sales, distributors, and end users.
Develop technical skills through training and liaising with factory-based engineers.
Support at shows and deliver presentations and product demonstrations on-site or virtually.
Develop online and classroom training programs.
Record customer communications and track opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Assist EMEA sales and marketing with NPIs.
Collaborate with EMEA team on regional marketing ideas.
Provide technical assistance to Inside Sales.
