Suy Sing Commercial Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Sales role to drive monthly, quarterly, and annual volume objectives through effective sales processes and trade programs.

You will optimize product availability and exposure across assigned accounts, tackle trade issues, and develop business opportunities. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, asset protection, and collaboration with key account personnel.

Responsibilities

• Sales – to consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual volume objectives through effective implementation of sales process, channel/account strategies and trade programs.
• Distribution/Merchandising – to achieve objectives and execute processes and programs that optimizes product availability and exposure in the assigned accounts.
• Trade and Business Development – to exploit business opportunities by addressing trade/account issues, conducting business reviews and tapping into account-initiated programs that promote sales/brand/category exposure.
• Information System and Administrative Requirements – to utilize sales data and account information to enhance understanding, analysis and building the business while ensuring all records, reports and other admin requirements are updated and submitted on time.
• Sales Activity Management & Control – to develop, utilize and maintain a system to monitor and control account programs, distribution and merchandising activities to assigned accounts.
• Unsaleable Merchandise (B.O.'s) – to ensure management of Trade BO returns within acceptable levels and ensure proper product handling.
• Asset Management – to maintain, protect and fully utilize all company assets assigned.
• Trade Relations – to cultivate and maintain productive working relationships with key personnel of assigned accounts.
• Safety – to practice and develop safe and effective working habits.
• Self-advancement – to seek and take advantage of opportunities for self-improvement.
• Others – to perform other related duties assigned by management
