Job summary

OneLot Financing Corporation seeks an Account Manager to cultivate and grow a portfolio of dealership partners. The role requires regular field visits to partner dealerships, builds strong relationships with business owners, and coordinates financing transactions with internal teams to ensure timely processing.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in account/relationship management, be fluent in Filipino and English, and be comfortable working on-site/field-based with a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in account management or related field.
• Experience in field-based sales or account management across B2B sectors such as FMCG, automotive, financial services, or logistics is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management with business owners and decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Willing to work independently and spend significant time in the field.
• Proficient in Filipino and English; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of dealership partners and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Conduct regular field visits to understand partner needs and opportunities for growth.
• Drive account engagement and utilization of approved financing facilities.
• Identify opportunities to grow partner accounts based on business needs and activity.
• Coordinate financing requests with internal Credit and Operations teams for timely processing.
• Monitor account activity, settlements, and partner commitments; follow up on outstanding issues.
• Address partner inquiries and operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Support qualified partners in accessing higher credit facilities and other services.
• Maintain accurate account information and provide regular portfolio updates to the Sales team.
