Job summary

Maples Group is seeking Associates – Client Lifecycle Management – Fiduciary to support Delaware Entity Services and related workflows. Under supervision of SUP and AVP, you will handle contract reviews, timesheet validation, and digital document workflows for internal stakeholders.

You will prepare fee templates, manage Docusign envelopes, filing, and assist with training, risk control, and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• 1–2 years of professional work experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in financial services, investment industry or accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review completion of contracts and identify service caps.
• Review timesheets for applicable matters.
• Collaborate to ensure quality control across jurisdictions.
• Enhance revenue opportunities processes.
• Assist with responsibilities of Senior Associates as necessary.
• Prepare digital documents and client fee templates.
• Rename and file invoices and documents in internal systems.
• Assist with planning and communication with internal stakeholders.
• Focus on risk control and efficiency improvements.
• Handle ad-hoc projects, including reporting.
