Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of team SUPs, AVPs, VPs, and SVPs, Client Lifecycle Management Associates provide services to internal stakeholders as follows:
Revenue Opportunities
- under guidance of a SUP, AVP, VP, or SVP, ensure the review completion of assigned contracts, and accurately identify fee caps stipulated within;
- under guidance of a SUP, AVP, VP, or SVP, work with fellow juniors to ensure quality control for each jurisdiction;
- under guidance of a SUP, AVP, VP, or SVP, work with fellow juniors to explore ways to streamline the overall process; and
- perform review tasks, and help cover responsibilities of SA as necessary.
Delaware Entity Services/Global Entity Services
- under guidance of a SUP, AVP, VP, or SVP, ensure the accurate, and timely completion of tasks assigned.
- under guidance of a SUP, AVP, VP, or SVP, assist in managing the communication, and planning with stakeholders;
- under guidance of a SUP, AVP, VP, or SVP, work with fellow juniors to explore ways to streamline overall process; and
- perform review tasks, and help cover responsibilities of SA as necessary.
Docusign/Docufi ling
- under guidance of a SUP, AVP, VP, or SVP, ensure the accurate, and timely completion of tasks assigned;
- under guidance of a SUP, AVP, VP, or SVP, assist in managing the communication, and planning with stakeholders;
- under guidance of a SUP, AVP, VP, or SVP, work with fellow juniors to explore ways to streamline overall process;
- ensure quality control of envelopes created, and proper fi ling of documents are followed;
- perform review tasks, and help cover responsibilities of SA as necessary.
Training and Development
- demonstrating a commitment to acquiring new capabilities, and constantly striving to improve performance;
- proactively seeking out, and taking advantage of training and development opportunities; and
- developing a continuous learning plan with the consent of the AVP, VP, and SVP.
Risk Management
- acting in accordance with legal, regulator, and internal risk management requirements, including complying with all MFS policies and procedures, and internal guidance notes; and
- reporting business issues to the SVP, and Global Head.
Business Process Management
- understanding, and speaking knowledgably about the fi r m’s services, and their value;
- developing personal networks inside, and outside the fi r m for the benefi t of the fi r m;
- delivering engagements on time, and to the client’s full satisfaction;
- exhibiting integrity, and confronting unethical actions;
- being aware of the sensitivity of information, and treat it appropriately; and
- demonstrating a high productivity level in work through time, and cost control.
Other
- ad-hoc projects, including reporting, as required.
Required
- Degree in accounting, fi nance, business, or computer/technology
- Good English communication skill
- Detail oriented

- Fresh graduate or sub-degree holder with relevant experience
- Ability to take each piece of work seriously
- Relevant experience in accounting, fi nance, business, or computer/technology

- Good English communication skill
