Responsibilities

• Handling weekly and monthly reporting.
• Coordinating with shipping personnel for inventory transfer of finished goods.
• Keeping the storage area organized.
• Ensuring stock management is accurate and timely, including space allocation and handling non-conforming items.
• Conducting monthly physical counts and settling variances.
• Maintaining stocks with required buffer items.
• Working with Planning Department to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Performing other related tasks as assigned.

Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for scheduling finished goods items to be moved to and from FG

Warehouse.

Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting.

Coordinate with shipping delivery personnel regarding inventory transfer of finished goods that are ready for delivery.

In charge of keeping the storage area organized.

Accountable for ensuring effective, safe, accurate, and timely stock management including space allocation, stock transfer, the status of items, and dealing with non-conforming items.

Conducts monthly physical counts and settles variances.

Responsible for maintaining stocks for those items with required buffer items.

Working closely with the Planning Department to ensure adequate stock levels.

Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a college graduate with at least 2 years' work experience

Must have good mathematical skills.

With basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills.

Can start ASAP.
