Job summary

Greenstone Packaging Corporation is seeking a warehouse planner to manage finished goods movement, stock levels, and reporting from its Cavite facility. The role involves coordinating with shipping for deliveries, maintaining organized storage, and ensuring accurate stock control, including variances and buffer stock management.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Planning Department, conduct monthly counts, and perform related tasks as assigned. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college graduate with 2+ years of work experience.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Schedule finished goods items to be moved to and from the FG Warehouse.
• Prepare weekly and monthly stock/inventory reports.
• Coordinate with shipping personnel regarding inventory transfers for delivery.
• Keep the storage area organized.
• Ensure effective, safe, accurate, and timely stock management including space allocation, stock transfers, status of items, and handling of non-conforming items.
• Conduct monthly physical counts and settle variances.
• Maintain stocks for items with required buffer levels.
• Work closely with the Planning Department to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for scheduling finished goods items to be moved to and from FG

Warehouse.

Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting.

Coordinate with shipping delivery personnel regarding inventory transfer of finished goods that are ready for delivery.

In charge of keeping the storage area organized.

Accountable for ensuring effective, safe, accurate, and timely stock management including space allocation, stock transfer, the status of items, and dealing with non-conforming items.

Conducts monthly physical counts and settles variances.

Responsible for maintaining stocks for those items with required buffer items.

Working closely with the Planning Department to ensure adequate stock levels.

Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a college graduate with at least 2 years' work experience

Must have good mathematical skills.

With basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills.

Can start ASAP.
